DOCUMENTARY PROJECT ANNOUNCED May 1, 2013: Growing in Numbers
Slight correction: Illinois Landowners Alliance, the group of landowners actually intervening at the Illinois Commerce Commission Docket 12-0560, is more that 280 members. BlockRICL supporters number in the thousands across Illinois and Iowa, with corresponding networks growing in Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Central Illinois, and Indiana.
